The villa sleeps 4. It has a private pool, extensive secluded sun terraces, off road parking in a gated driveway. The dining kitchen is open plan and leads to the lounge and outside covered poolside dining terrace.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with luxury bed linen and mosquito net. There is ample wardrobe and cupboard space and security safe. The second bedroom has two single beds with mosquito nets, and wardrobe.
The designer kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. Iron and ironing board are also provided. The beautiful bathroom has a shower over the bath, a vanity unit which houses a generous sink. A hairdryer is provided for guests' use. There is a TV with satellite; English TV & radio channels; DVD player and a selection of DVDs games, books and a portable hi fi.
The Al Fresco dining area is equipped with patio furniture and BBQ. There are sun loungers, reclining chairs and ample dining chairs. The pool is 6 x 4m with graduated steps and has a cover to retain the heat from the day's sunshine.
The villa is fully equipped with linen, tea towels, bath and hand towels for domestic use. These are freshly laundered once each week. Poolside and beach towels are not provided. Casa Princesa I is our family villa. It has been furnished to a high standard with your every need catered for so you can enjoy a relaxing holiday. Please note a no smoking policy applies. If you are travelling with friends and want to holiday together but not necessarily stay together, then we have access to neighbouring villas so you can be next door or within walking distance of each other.
